SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays. You will receive a notification email as soon as your crew’s decals have been dispatched from Ground Control.

2. Shipping Partners & Smart Routing

We utilize a "Smart Route" system to ensure your stickers arrive as efficiently and affordably as possible:

  • Domestic (Canada): Primarily shipped via Canada Post.

  • International (USA & Global): Shipped via Chit Chats, which partners with USPS and Asendia for reliable cross-border tracking.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

As of February 2026, all commercial shipments into the U.S. and many other global destinations are subject to formal customs clearance and baseline tariffs:

  • U.S. Shipments: Due to the suspension of the de minimis exemption, all U.S. orders now face a temporary 15% baseline tariff regardless of value, alongside any applicable duties.

  • Australia: Orders include the mandatory 10% GST at checkout where applicable.

  • HS Code Compliance: We use HS Code 3919.90 (Vinyl Decals) and provide mandatory electronic manifests to ensure your package clears international checkpoints with minimal delay.

5. Shipping Liability

Once Ground Control transfers your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, or customs processing.

6. Tracking Your Cargo

For tracked orders, you will receive a link to our tracking portal. If you chose an untracked service (Canada Post Lettermail), please allow the full 10 business days before contacting support.
