1. Refund & Return Policy
Mission Objective: Clarify that because stickers are "one-use" items, you cannot accept returns once they are peeled.
Returns & Damages Due to the nature of our stickers, we do not offer general returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to replace it at no cost. Please contact us at airporttherapydogs@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage or error.
Non-Returnable Items For quality and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for stickers that have been peeled, applied, or otherwise used. Sale items and "Seconds" packs are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Color Accuracy We photograph our decals in natural light to reflect their true colors. However, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to different monitor calibrations and mobile screen settings (e.g., "True Tone" or "Night Shift" modes).
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original, unpeeled packaging with proof of purchase.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Mission Objective: Manage expectations for your 13g cargo and clear those 2026 customs hurdles.
Processing Times Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.
Domestic (Canada) We are based in Toronto, Ontario. Standard shipping is handled via Canada Post. Orders typically arrive within 4-10 business days.
International (USA & Global) We ship worldwide! International orders are sent via tracked services where available.
Customs & Duties: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred at the border. We use HS Code 3919905060 (Vinyl Decals) to ensure the smoothest possible transit through 2026 digital customs checkpoints.
Delivery Estimates: USA orders typically arrive in 5-12 business days; global orders may take 10-21 business days depending on local customs processing.
